Paying court-ordered child support is among the most basic and important responsibilities of a non-custodial parent. A parent who is able to pay child support and, without lawful excuse, fails to do so may be guilty of a misdemeanor under Penal Code Section 270 [Failure to Provide] and/or Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) [Contempt of Court].
Arrest warrants have been issued for the following persons who have been convicted of failing to

On April 11, 2000, Mr. Williams pled “no contest” to a charge of violating Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support 2 of his sons. On June 8, 2000 he failed to appear for a scheduled court date and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Payment records show he has failed to pay support for three other children. He is believed to work in the entertainment industry.
On April 19, 2005, Mr. Ough entered a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 270 for failing to support his 8 year old daughter and 9 year old son. It is believed that Mr. Ough is the president and owner of a consulting company. On August 4, 2006 a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On June 5, 1995, Mr. Chacon entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his two teenage children. Mr. Chacon did not comply with the terms of his probation and failed to appear for his probation violation hearing. On September 16, 1997 a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On November 28, 2000, Mr. Santiago pled “no contest” to a charge of violating Penal Code Section 270 for disobeying a court order to support his son and two daughters. On November 28, 2001, he admitted he violated the terms of probation. The court issued a warrant for his arrest when he failed to appear for sentencing on the violation. It is believed that he works as a mechanic.
On July 27, 2000, Mr. Lopez entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his three children. Mr. Lopez was not in compliance with the terms of his probation and failed to appear for the sentencing on his violation. On October 21, 2002 a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On June 10, 1999, Mr. Jones pled “no contest” to violating Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) by failing to pay the court-ordered child support for his daughter. He admitted violating the terms of his probation and was sentenced to new terms in February 2000. When he failed to appear for a financial review on May 24, 2000, a warrant was issued for his arrest. Mr. Jones is
believed to have worked in education.

On October 30, 2000, Mr. Burkett entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his son. Mr. Burkett was found to be in violation of his probation and failed to appear for the sentencing on his violation. On June 4, 2002 a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On March 8, 2001, Mr. Kemp entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his two children. Mr. Kemp was not in compliance with the terms of his probation and failed to appear for the sentencing on his violation. On October 15, 2002 a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On January 8, 2001, Mr. Hall pled “no contest” to a charge of Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for disobeying a court order to support his 2 daughters. He failed to comply with the terms of his probation and was sentenced to 180 days of jail-time. On February 21, 2008 he failed to surrender as ordered and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. Mr. Hall is believed to be working in the real estate industry.

On February 19, 2002, M r. Easley pled “no contest” to violating Penal Code Section 166(a) (4) by failing to pay the court-ordered child support for his son and daughter. After failing to comply with diversion agreements, he was placed on probation January 11, 2005. He later admitted to violating the terms of his probation, but failed to appear for the sentencing hearing on June 29, 2007 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Mr. Easley is believed to work in the financial industry.
On December 2, 2002, Mr. Segovia entered a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his son and 2 daughters. He was placed on probation after failing to comply with agreed-upon terms for a post-plea diversion. He violated the terms of his probation and was sentenced to do 90 days in jail. On September 10, 2007 he failed to surrender and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Mr. Segovia is believed to work at a family-owned auto repair business.
On October 27, 2004, Mr. Sesay entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his two teenage children. Mr. Sesay failed to make any payments since being sentenced. Mr. Sesay is believed to be a principal with a Los Angeles based import/export company. On May 2, 2005 a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On March 30, 2004, Mr. Nickerson entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his two daughters. Mr. Nickerson was found to be in violation of his probation and failed to appear for the sentencing on his violation. On March 18, 2005 a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On April 19, 2001, Mr. Davis entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his son. Mr. Davis was sentenced to 180 days of jail-time but failed to surrender to serve his time. On August 30, 2007 a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On December 19, 1996, Mr. Italia entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his teenage daughter. Mr. Italia did not comply with the terms of his probation and failed to appear for his probation violation hearing. On September 14, 1999 a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On September 10, 1998, Mr. Santana pled “no contest” to a charge of violating Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to comply with the terms of a court order to support his daughter and two sons. On July 6, 2006, he failed to appear at court for sentencing on a charge of violating his probation. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Mr. Santana is believed to work in construction.

On February 14, 2000, Ms. Nass entered into a plea of “no contest” to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for disobeying a court order to support her 2 sons. She failed to pay the child support owed under the terms of probation. On August 7, 2000 a warrant was issued for her arrest. It is believed that Ms. Nass has vowed to never pay any support for her children.

On January 24, 1996, Mr. Lee entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his teenage daughter. Mr. Lee failed to comply with the terms of his probation and did not appear for a hearing to revoke his probation. On January 11, 1999 a warrant was issued for his arrest.
