Person Receiving Support (PRS)

If you are a Person Receiving Support (PPS) who now receives your payments on a Bank of America Electronic Payment Card (EPC), you will receive a new card from Wells Fargo along with instructions on how to make use of the new card. Your VISA© card is being replaced by a Mastercard debit card.

  • Important:  Do not destroy your VISA© card until you have used all of the funds. Funds will not be transferred between the cards.

Employer or Person Paying Support (PPS)

If you are an employer or Person Paying Support (PPS) who makes payments online or over the phone, you will need to re-register in order to continue using these payment methods.

  • If you make payments online, you must re-register before February 6, 2012 to ensure uninterrupted ability to make payments online. Note:  electronic payments will not be accepted between February 2, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. PST and February 6, 2012. If you have a payment scheduled to be made during this period, you will need to reschedule the payment for on or after February 6, 2012.
  • If you make payments over the phone using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, re-registration will not be available until February 6, 2012. The IVR system will be available at a new number (866) 901-3212.
